Rapidly becoming one of our most popular and sought after products this is unlike any salt you have tried before.

 Whilst the actual recipe is a closely guarded secret that has taken years to perfect, what we can tell you is that the process of making each batch is extremely time consuming and labour intensive, but the end product is well worth the effort.

It takes at least 7 limes ( That’s right 7 limes ) to make each 75 gram jar of this salt. Sure we could have cut costs by using a cheaper grade of salt or using fewer Limes, and we probably would have had a good product, but good just doesn’t cut it. Our motto is “Quality is Everything “, and that’s why we set out to produce the absolute best.  And from what the people who have tried it are telling us , we believe that’s exactly what we’ve achieved.

Packaged in our unique square glass grinder , it compliments  so many dishes.Perfect for seafood, salads, Asian dishes, hot dishes and much more. Better still is the fact it is totally natural and contains absolutely  No Additives.    Just the highest quality Australian Sea Salt and our very best quality  Limes.

Due to the time and effort it takes to make, we only produce our Lime Salt in small batches so you won’t find it on your supermarkets shelves. It is only available through us and a small group of selected  distributors. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
